    摘要:

    黑色素瘤是一种恶性皮肤癌,具有较高的致死率。目前晚期黑色素瘤的治疗仍是个棘手的问题,手术、化疗、放疗这些常规治疗收益不高。声动力学治疗具有高效、简便、危害较小等优点,但是寻找合适的声敏剂以发挥高效的治疗效果是声动力学治疗的一个局限。如今纳米医学技术逐渐成熟,所合成的纳米声敏剂可以改善声动力学治疗的局限性并提高其治疗效果,有望使声动力学治疗成为治疗晚期黑色素瘤的新方法。文章旨在通过总结声动力治疗黑色素瘤相关声敏剂的研究进展,了解其对黑色素瘤的治疗效果。

    Abstract:

    Melanoma is a kind of malignant skin cancer with a high mortality rate. Currently, the treatment of advanced melanoma remains a challenging issue as conventional treatments such as surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy offer limited benefits. Sonodynamic therapy(SDT) offers advantages such as high efficiency, simplicity, and less invasiveness. However, a major limitation is the difficulty in identifying suitable sonosensitizers that can ensure effective treatment outcome. With the gradual development of nanomedicine technology, the synthesized nano-sonosensitizers can resolve the limitations of SDT and enhance the therapeutic efficacy, making SDT a promising novel approach for the treatment of advanced melanoma. This article aims to review recent advances in sonosensitizers for sonodynamic therapy of melanoma and evaluate their therapeutic effects.
