CircRNAs are one class of especial non-coding RNA which were associated with numerous cellular process and involved in the development of many diseases. Recent studies indicated that circRNAs play important roles in innate immunity and it is related to chronic inflammatory disease. Asthma is a chronic airway inflammation and its pathogenesis is unclear. This review summarizes the relationship between circRNAs and asthma.
