Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the value of histogram analysis of T1WI signal strength maps in for pediatric patients. Methods: MRIs of 73 pediatric patients with ALL were retrospectively analyzed in Children's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2018 to September 2018.49 MRIs of children with vertigo, headache or epilepsy who were suspicious of brain discase but normal MRI findings wcre enrolled as normal control.Use MRIcron software and Image analysis module written by Python to obtain histogram parameters. The comelation betwcen the gestational age and histogram values were calculated respectively. T-test was used to analyze the parameter.Draw the working characteristics (receiver operating characteristic,ROC) curve of the subjects to analyze the differential diagnostic efficacy of each parameter. Result:The kurtosis, skewness, variance, mean value, maximum value and 10~95 thT1WI except 15th T1WI of histograms in ALL group were lower than those in the control group,of which The difference was statistically significant. The area under the curve of the 95th T1WI value was the largest af 0.956. Conclusion:The T1WI histograms can distinguish ALL from normal children.
