Objective: Pregnancy and childbirth are considered to be risk factors for the occurrence of Diastasis Recti Abdominis (DRA), and this anatomical change may be the basis for stress urinary incontinence (SUI). The purpose of this study is to establish a risk prediction model to explore the relationship between the degree of rectus abdominis separation and the level of pelvic floor muscle strength and the occurrence of SUI. Methods: Selected primiparas who gave birth in Shenzhen Maternity and Child Health Hospital affiliated to Southern Medical University from May 2019 to August 2020 to obtain relevant information by measuring pelvic floor muscle strength level and rectus abdominis separation, and according to the SUI diagnostic criteria The data establishes a predictive model.Result: Pelvic floor muscle strength index (PFMS), DRA index (RA distance) and the ratio of the number of people in DRA are all statistically significant. The two-factor model of rectus abdominis separation combined with pelvic floor muscle strength level reached the optimal AUC, with positive predictive value and negative The predicted values are all above 0.85, showing good predictive power.Conclusion: The degree of rectus abdominis separation combined with pelvic floor muscle strength can predict the occurrence of postpartum SUI.
