    摘要:

    氢气是一种新型气体信号分子,有选择性抗氧化作用和抗炎症效果。氢气在医学领域的研究最早是用于抗肿瘤,后续对包括脑卒中在内的多领域逾百种疾病展示出治疗潜力。肿瘤高发病率和高死亡率造成了沉重的医疗负担,短期内缺乏癌症的特效治愈手段,如何预防患癌和延长癌症患者生存期是首要目标,氢气有望在该领域发挥作用。本文综述氢气抗肿瘤的研究进展,主要从氢气的抗癌机理、增效减毒作用、联合治疗、临床研究和给氢方式等方面进行介绍。

    Abstract:

    As a novel gaseous signal molecule, hydrogen gas exhibits selective antioxidant effect and anti-inflammatory effect. In the medical field, hydrogen gas was originally discovered to show the antitumor effect, thereafter hydrogen has shown therapeutic potential in more than 100 diseases, including ischemic stroke. Today, the high incidence and mortality of cancer, as well as the lack of effective means of cure of cancer, have imposed a heavy burden on the medical expenditure. Therefore, how to realize cancer prevention and prolongation of survival appears to be of greater importance, and hydrogen gas is expected to play an important role in this field. In this paper, a review of the research progress of hydrogen antitumor is presented, which contains the antitumor mechanism, synergistic and attenuated effects, combined therapy, clinical research, and hydrogen administration methods.
