    摘要:骨形态发生蛋白9属于骨形态发生蛋白家族(bone morphogenetic proteins,BMPs),具有介导间充质干细胞、肌肉细胞和前成骨细胞等成骨分化的能力,还可以促进软骨形成。BMP-9诱导成骨分化的机制与传统的骨形态发生蛋白(BMP-2、4、7等)不完全相同。BMP-9诱导间充质干细胞成骨分化的能力明显强于其余BMPs(如BMP-2、4、7等)。且传统的BMP抑制剂Noggin对于BMP-9促成骨分化能力无明显抑制作用。本文对BMP-9的结构和受体、成骨分化的作用和信号机制,以及成软骨分化进行了综述,并对其发展前景进行了展望。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: Bone morphogenetic proteins 9 belongs to the bone morphogenetic protein family (BMPs), which mediate the osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells, muscle cells and preosteoblasts, and promote chondrogenesis. The mechanism of osteogenic differentiation induced by BMP-9 is not identical to that of traditional bone morphogenetic proteins (BMP-2, 4, 7, etc.). The ability of BMP-9 to induce osteogenic differentiation of MSCS was significantly stronger than other BMPs (such as BMP-2, 4, 7, etc.). The traditional BMP inhibitor Noggin has no significant inhibitory effect on the ability of BMP-9 to promote bone differentiation.In this review, the structure and receptor of BMP-9, the function and signaling mechanism of osteogenic differentiation, and chondrogenic differentiation are reviewed, and the development prospect of BMP-9 is prospected.
