    摘要:

    结直肠癌(colorectal cancer, CRC)是消化系统常见肿瘤,尽管多模式治疗方式有效延长患者生存期,但晚期患者预后仍不佳,因此规范CRC三级预防极为重要。CRC三级预防策略分为:一级病因预防,二级三早预防,三级临床预防。铁死亡(Ferroptosis)作为一种以细胞内铁离子的积累及脂质过氧化物的异常聚集为特征的新型细胞死亡方式,已被用于开发针对包括CRC在内多种常见癌症的分子靶向药物。因此,围绕铁死亡对于CRC调控机制,探索三级预防的理论依据及新兴策略,能够为CRC防治提供更多决策手段。

    Abstract:

    Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a common malignancy of the digestive system. Although multimodal treatment strategies have effectively prolonged patient survival, the prognosis of patients with advanced disease remains poor. Therefore, standardizing tertiary prevention of colorectal cancer is of great importance. The tertiary prevention strategies for colorectal cancer include: primary cause prevention, secondary early prevention, and tertiary clinical prevention.Ferroptosis, a new form of cell death characterized by the accumulation of intracellular iron ions and abnormal aggregation of lipid peroxides, has been exploited in the development of molecular targeted therapies for a variety of common cancers, including colorectal cancer. Therefore, investigating the regulatory mechanisms of ferroptosis in colorectal cancer and exploring its theoretical basis and emerging strategies within the framework of tertiary prevention can provide additional decision-making tools for cancer prevention and treatment.
