    目的: 研究甲状腺乳头状癌组织中TGF-β1和CD31的表达水平与甲状腺癌转移的关系。方法:分别应用原位杂交法和EnVisionTM免疫组织化学法检测55例甲状腺乳头状癌和10例癌周组织TGF-β1mRNA、TGF-β1蛋白和CD31蛋白的表达;并计数CD31标记的肿瘤组织微血管密度。结果:甲状腺乳头状癌组织TGF-β1mRNA阳性为表达率为80.00%,甲状腺乳头状癌组织中TGF-β1阳性表达率为76.37%,均高于癌周组织,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01);微血管密度(MVD)与TGF-β1的表达之间存在正相关关系。结论:TGF-β1促进甲状腺癌肿瘤微血管形成,在肿瘤转移中起重要的作用。

    Abstract:

    Objective:To study the expressions of TGF-β1, CD31 in papillary thyroid cancer tissues and the correlation with the lymph node metastasis. Methods:The expression of TGF-β1mRNA was detected by in situ hybridization, and the expressions of TGF- β1, CD31 were detected by EnVisionTM immunohistochemistry method in 55 tomour tissues and 10 normal tissues; the expression of CD31 was used as the mark of the vascular endothelial cell for detecting the tumor microvascular density(MVD). Results:The positive expression rate of TGF-β1mRNA in papillary thyroid cancer was 80.00%. The positive expression rate of TGF-β1 in papillary thyroid cancer was 76.37%. The expression levels of TGF-β1 mRNA and TGF- β1 in papillary thyroid cancer tissue were higher than those in normal throid tissue(P < 0.01). There was positive correlation between MVD and TGF-β1. Conclusion:TGF-β1 could could promote the microvascular formation in papillary thyroid cancer tissues and play an important role in the lymph nodes metastasis.
