Objective:To study the mechanism on SGC7901 resistance to the low dose cisplatin. Methods:SGC7901/CDDP was established in vitro. The morphology change between SGC7901/CDDP and SGC7901 was observed by microscope. The mRNA and protein expression of Survivin in SGC7901/CDDP and SGC7901 were detected by RT-PCR and Western-blot,respectively. Results:There were morphological differences between SGC7901 and SGC7901/CDDP. The mRNA and protein expressions of Survivin in SGC7901/CDDP were both higher than in SGC7901. Conclusion:SGC7901 resistance to cisplatin may have association with the increased expression level of Survivin in SGC7901/CDDP.
