Abstract:Objective:To collect the data of drug resistance to evaluate the prevalence trend of 10 anti-tuberculosis drugs commonly. Methods:The study objectives were from 2001 to 2006. Susceptibility tests(absolute concentration methods for INH,SM,RFP,EMB,TH1321,PAS,AN,KM,OFLX and CPM) were done in all specimens. Results:1800 tuberculosis cases involved in the study. The culture positive rate was 70%. The rate of the tuberculosis anti-multidrugs was 54.9%. Conclusion:The rate of the tuberculosis mutidrug resistant is very different. Some of drug’s resistance trend were rising yearly. The anti-tuberculosis drug resistant surveillance were established. The reliable data on the status of anti-tuberculosis drug resistance results provided the evidences for improvement and assessment on TB control and clinical drug use.
