Abstract:Objective:To investigate the distribution of clinical fungus infection and the analysis of antibiotic resistance. Methods:Fungi were identified with bioMérieux Inc’s ATB Expression microbe identification system,ID32C strip and CHROMagar chromogenic substrate. Drug susceptibility test was executed with ATB Fungus drug susceptibility plate. Results:Candida albicans, candida tropicalis and candida glabrata are the main microorganism at clinical fungal infections; and they are distributed mainly among respiratory ward, cardiovascular ward, intensive care unit and infective ward; fungi show drug susceptibility to amphotericin B and 5-flucytosin and drug resistance against fluconazole to some extent. Conclusion:Clinic suspect samples should be tested in time, and antifungal drugs should be applied on the basis of drug susceptibility test to minimize the incidents of deep fungal infections.
