    目的:研究CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞在哮喘儿童外周血中的比例改变,并探讨其临床意义-方法:采用细胞内染色的流式细胞术检测急性发作期哮喘患儿外周血CD4+CD25+ Treg及其调控基因FOXP3的表达,并与健康对照组进行比较-结果:急性发作期哮喘患儿外周血CD4和CD25双阳性细胞所占比例与健康对照组无明显差异(P > 0.05),而CD4+CD25+FOXP3 调节性T细胞在外周血中的比例明显低于健康对照组(P < 0.01)-结论:哮喘患儿外周血CD4+CD25+FOXP3调节性T细胞在外周血中的比例明显减少,可能与哮喘的发病机制有关-

    Abstract:

    Objective:To investigate the change of CD4+CD25+ T regulation cells in peripheral blood in children with asthma. Methods:CD4+CD25+FOXP3 T regulate cells in children with asthma were measured by intracellular 3-colour flow cytometry in peripheral blood cells in children with asthma. Results:There were similar frequencies of CD4+CD25+ T cells in peripheral blood of asthma children and health control. However, the quantity of CD4+CD25+FOXP3 T regulate cells was decreased significantly in peripheral blood of patients with asthma in comparison with that of normal controls(P < 0.01). Conclusion:The proportion of CD4+CD25+FOXP3 T regulate cells decreased in children with asthma, which might contribute to the pathological process of such disease.
