    目的:使用蛋白芯片技术检测患者血清中的抗ENA抗体谱,评价蛋白芯片技术检测抗ENA抗体谱的性能-方法:收集249例患者血清,用自身抗体IgG检测蛋白芯片进行抗ENA抗体谱检测,应用PBT型生物芯片识别系统进行图像分析,以免疫印迹方法作为对照-结果:自身抗体IgG检测蛋白芯片与免疫印迹法方法相比,符合率分别为:抗SS-A/Ro抗体82.2%-抗SS-B/La抗体88.2%-抗Scl-70抗体94.7%-抗Jo-1抗体95.9%-抗Sm抗体92.5%-抗u1RNP抗体88.5%-抗Rib-P抗体82.2%-结论:自身抗体IgG检测蛋白芯片可应用于抗ENA抗体谱检测,与免疫印迹技术相比,检测结果无显著性差异-

    Abstract:

    Objective:To evaluate the property of IgG autoantibody assay protein chip in detecting anti-ENA autoantibody profiles. Methods:The sera of 249 patients were collected. The samples were detected with IgG autoantibody assay protein chip in comparison with immuloblotting test. Results:IgG autoantibody assay protein chip can detect anti-ENA autoantibody profiles in serum of patients. In comparison with immunoblotting assay, the coincidence rate was 82.2% for anti-SS-A/Ro, 88.2% for anti-SS-B/La, 94.7% for anti-Scl-70, 95.9% for anti-Jo-1, 92.5% for anti-Sm, 88.5% for anti-ulRNP, 82.2% for anti-Rib-P, respectively. Conclusion:IgG autoantibody assay protein chip can be used to detect anti-ENA autoantibody profiles from patients serum. There is no significant difference between detection results from IgG autoantibody assay protein chip and that from immunblotting test.
