    目的:借助核磁共振波谱技术研究食管鳞癌患者血清的特征峰,为食管鳞癌的诊断提供参考依据-方法:运用核磁共振波谱技术测试30例正常人血清和60例食管鳞癌患者血清的核磁共振波谱-结果:利用1H NMR分析方法,借用指纹图谱技术,构建了人体血清1H NMR指纹图谱-对食管鳞癌患者血清1H NMR与正常人血清1H NMR图谱进行比较,发现食管鳞癌患者与正常人血清样品在1.0~1.1 ppm和3.0~3.8 ppm存在一定的差异波峰,可能为食管鳞癌的特征峰-结论:借助特征峰,通过测试可疑食管鳞癌患者血清,核磁共振谱波测定技术有助于食管鳞癌的早期诊断-

    Abstract:

    Objective:To identify the characteristic 1H Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectroscopy(NMR) regions of sera from the patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). Methods:1H NMR spectroscopic analysis was performed on serum specimens obtained from 60 preoperative patients with ESCC and 30 healthy controls. Results:The characteristic fingerprint was profiled with 1H NMR spectroscopic data in healthy controls. In the meantime,1H NMR spectra of sera from 60 preoperative patients with ESCC were measured and compared with healthy controls. We found that the 1H NMR spectra of sera from the patients with ESCC most differed from healthy controls at the extent of 1.0~1.1 ppm and 3.0~3.8 ppm. Conclusion:Resort to the characteristic absorption peak,our data suggest that 1H NMR spectroscopy contribute to the early diagnosis on suspicious ESCC by analysis of sera from patients.
