Due to the tumor heterogeneity，immunosuppressive microenvironment and other factors，CAR-T cells have not shown obvious clinical efficacy in the treatment of solid tumors. For the treatment of solid tumors，great progress has been made in the preparation of CAR-T cells in recent years. This article comments the research progress and tendency of CAR-T cells in solid tumor treatment.
