Recently, with the extensive application of traditional Chinese medicine injections(TCMI), it has caused more and more negative impact. So people pay more attention to the safety problem of TCMI. The article described the usage of TCMI, analysised the adverse reaction of TCMI, studied at the factors which had effect on TCMI safety in production, storage, usage and direction, proposed the strategy of TCMI safety with the perspective of management.
