    目的:从循证护理角度探讨健康教育对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效影响-方法:检索主要医学数据库,按一定标准筛选文献并进行质量评价,采用Review Manager软件从遵医行为-圣·乔治呼级系统问卷(SGRQ)评分-肺功能检查-知识掌握-住院天数-住院次数-就诊次数-6分钟步行测试等8个方面进行Meta分析-结果:在遵医行为-SGRQ评分-肺功能检查(FEV1/FVC%)-住院天数方面健康教育组与对照组之间存在显著性差异,而在肺功能检查(FEV1-FEV1%)-知识掌握-住院次数-就诊次数-6分钟步行测试方面两组

    Abstract:

    Objective: To evaluate the influence of health education on the therapy effectiveness of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) by evidence-based nursing. Methods: Correlative literature was searched from main medical database. Studies were brought into this research according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Meta-analysis was used in eight aspects including the numbers of treatment compliance,grade of SGRQ,pulmonary function test,mastery of knowledge,hospital days, number of admissions, treatment visits and six-minute of walk test. Results: It showed significant differences in numbers of treatment compliance,grade of SGRQ, pulmonary function test(FEV1/FVC%)and hospital days between the health education group and control group, but no significant differences in other aspects. Conclusion: The health education is good for the patients and their families to a certain extent. It is necessary to do further studies on health education for improvement.
