Abstract:Judging a medical student’s ability cannot only depend on probability of success or failure in clinical activities,so does medical education’s evaluation. Surgical skill education adopts interactive formative assessment system which is consisted of supervisors and experts,constructs mutual evaluation and information feedback system among students and teachers,teachers and teachers,students and practical units,students and employers,employers and employers,to ensure that clinic practice can be integrated in education programs to really enhance surgical practical ability of medical students. Formative assessment system was used among students of all the majors in grade 2006 and a satisfactory result was attained at last. The authors concluded that the formative assessment system should make a great improvement to medical education,not just good for surgical training,but also benefit other clinical techniques learning as well.
