Abstract:Case teaching, when introduced into teaching practice of health law, can promote the student’s ability of analyzing and resolving practical problems, increase the student’s competence of self-teaching and communication, bring up the student’s spirits of law and outlook on humanism value, realize the educational value in fusing the society orientation and individual orientation. In order to attain the objective, case teaching should be exercised scientifically, reasonably and appropriately. The cases chosen, which are connected with the content of the class, should be real, entire, timely and instructive. The teacher should organize and lead the student actively to discuss the case interactively, at the same time the basic theory should be explained to the student.
