Surveying on the sample of 85 colleges and universities, there was a big difference in course module design, general character, main courses, elective courses, stage of development and other aspects through comparing the difference of course system design of international trade among comprehensive universities, economic colleges and medical colleges. To maintain economics nature and characteristics of international trade professionals, medical colleges should strengthen the teaching staff, deepen cross-disciplinary research, definite the school characteristics, integrate the curriculum resources and other aspects.
