Article written and published is an important indicator to measure the research and innovation capacity of students of adult medical education. In the form of an anonymous questionnaire, published medical thesis from 78 laboratory medicine students of adult higher medical education was investigated. The percentage of students who published articles was 28.2%(22/78). The students published articles had work experiment of 5 to 20 years, average 15.4 years. Additionally, 74.4%(58/78) students wanted to publish paper in the next five years because of promotion of professional titles. Those students not published did not know how to write. The rate of publishing article of adult laboratory medicine education student was lower, so we should offer some course of article writing skills.
