The study of idiopathic outflow tract ventricular arrhythmias supported by the National Science and Technology Pillar Program in the Twelfth Five-year Plan Period is a large-scale and multi-center study, with characteristics such as long time participation,a large sample size et al. By reviewing the project preparation and implementation, some of the experience was summarized. Before the implementation,we tried our best to unify people’s thinking through repeated discussions to ensure the feasibility;to meet regularly to strengthen the communication between the participating centers;to do the preparatory work by reasonable division of responsibility to the people;to communicate patiently with the patient and supervise strictly to ensure the quality and progress of the implementation. This has laid a good foundation and accumulated management experience for the further study of this program.
