    目的:通过调查当代医学研究生心理焦虑状况,为加强心理干预-促进心理健康提供科学依据-方法:采用整群抽样方法,运用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对645名医学研究生进行调查-结果:医学研究生焦虑评分为(41.62 ± 7.46)分,其总分标准分高于全国常模(P < 0.01),焦虑检出率为15.65%,焦虑倾向与性别-年级-专业类型-学位类型等有关-结论:医学类研究生焦虑倾向明显,在做好医学研究生专业技能培养的同时应倡导加强研究生心理健康教育-

    Abstract:

    Objective: To investigate the psychological anxiety status of contemporary medical graduates, provide scientific evidence to strengthen the mental healthy and implement psychological intervention for them. Methods: By using cluster sampling method,645 medical graduates were investigated with self-rating anxiety scale (SAS). Results: The anxiety index of graduate students was 41.62 ± 7.46,the total score and standard score were higher than the national norm(P < 0.01). Students with anxiety tendency account for 15.65% of the total survey, and the extent of anxiety tendency related to gender, grade, majors and degrees, etc. Conclusion: The anxiety tendency of medical graduates is obvious. It is proposed to strengthen the psychologically healthy education during the professional knowledge training of graduate students.
