Abstract:Abstract: Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of catering foodborne disease outbreaks in Jiangsu Province from 2015 to 2017, and propose regulatory recommendations. Methods Using SPSS18.0 to epidemiological analysis the data of catering foodborne disease outbreak monitoring data from 2015 to 2017. Results From 2015 to 2017 there were 246 catering foodborne disease outbreaks, accounting for 68.91%, and 56228 people exposed, accounting for 80.15%, the number of patients was 4211., accounting for 75.17%. The main types of catering foodborne outbreaks were hotels and restaurants, with 133 cases (54.1%),the number of patients was 2146 (51.0%) , followed by 56 cases (22.8%) in canteens and 1053 patients (25.0%). The incidence of outbreaks of catering foodborne diseases in different places was different, and the difference was statistically significant (??=567.93, P < 0.01). The highest incidence was itinerant vendor (95%). Conclusion As the number of catering foodborn disease reported, the number of exposed people and the number of morbidity are the most, once outbreaks, poor controllability, serious social impact, need to focus on supervision and management.
