    摘要:

    目的 探讨凝血酶对丘脑组织是否具有毒性损伤作用以及损伤是否可逆。方法 在鼠脑室内注入凝血酶,于不同时间段测定丘脑组织的血脑屏障(BBB)通透性、BBB破坏体积、水电解质含量,并以脑室内注入生理盐水和注入凝血酶后再注入水蛭素的动物为对照。结果 凝血酶注入后6h丘脑组织的BBB即遭到破坏,组织发生水肿,同时Na、Ca含量明显升高,K含量明显降低;水蛭素可修复损伤的BBB,减轻组织水肿,调整电解质紊乱。结论 凝血酶对丘脑组织具有毒性损伤作用,但这一损伤可被水蛭素逆转。

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the toxic damage Jn thalamic tissue mused by thrombin and whether can be reversed.Methods At different time following thrombin was infused into ventricule,the permeability and the destroyed volume of blood brain barrier (BBB),water content and ion content were measured.The animals,which saline infusion and which hirudin infusion six hours later following thrombin injection,as the control groups.Results Six hours later,BBB disruption,brain edema,Na、Ca concentrations increase and K concentration decrease were induced by thrombin.After hirudin infusion,BBB function was rehabilitated and the changes in brain water and brain ion were inhibited.Conclusion Damage to the thalamic tissue might be caused by thrombin and reversed byhirudin.
