    目的:研究抗病毒口服液中单味中药定性定量方法,提高抗病毒口服液的质量控制标准-方法:在定性研究方面,采用薄层层析法对连翘-知母-石菖蒲进行鉴别,并探讨了广藿香和地黄等药材的薄层鉴别方法;在含量研究方面,建立了 hplc法测定抗病毒口服液中连翘苷含量的方法-结果:知母-石菖蒲和连翘的薄层色谱鉴别专属性强,阴性对照无干扰-翘苷平均回收率为99.42%,rsd=1.75%-结论:本法简便-准确,专属性强,可对该药品进行有效的质量控制-

    Abstract:

    objective:to study the qualitative and quantitative methods of single herb in anti-virus oral liquid,and improve the quality standard of anti-virus oral liquid. Methods:on qualitative study,fructus forsythiae,rhizoma anemarrhenaeand and rhizoma acori tatarinowii were identified by thin-layer chromatography(tlc),and herba pogostemonis,radix rehmanniae were also studied. On quantitative study,the method of high performance liquid chromatography (hplc) for determination of phillyrin in anti-virus oral liquid was established. Results:rhizoma anemarrhenae,rhizoma acori tatarinowii and fructus forsythiae can be identified by tlc. The average recovery of phillyrin was 99.42%,rsd =1.75%. Conclusion:the method is simple,accurate and specific,and can be used for the quality control of anti-virus oral liquid.
