Objective:To evaluate the influence of food taken at different time in absorption of rabeprazole enteric-coated capsules in healthy volunteers. Methods:Two volunteers were enrolled in the study,and they were given rabeprazole enteric-coated capsules (20mg) at two different time points successively by own control,and took standard breakfast 2 or 4 hours after administration. Results:The pharmacokinetic parameters were as follows:Cmax:(263.0±32.8)ng/ml and(360.6±105.0)ng/ml;Tmax:(6.5±0.7)h and(3.8±0.4)h;t1/2:(3.2±0.21)h and(1.60±0.05)h;AUC0-10:(1203.1±228.0)μg·h/L and (1108.7±267.4)μg·h/L. Conclusion:The absorption of rabeprazole enteric-coated capsule was influenced by food,and Cmax was increased apparently.
