Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the role of adipokines,insulin resistance in the non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD). Methods:The level of leptin,adiponectin,resistin and insulin sensitive index in NAFLD and control detected,and the role of adipokines in NAFLD was anaylzed by logistic regression analysis. Results:The BMI and WHR are significantly higher in the group of NAFLD than those of the control. The level of adiponectin in NAFLD group is similar to the control. The level of TG,leptin and resistin are significantly higher in the NAFLD group than those in the control. The insulin sensitive index is significantly lower in the NAFLD group than that in the control. And the logistic regression analysis reveals that WHR and the level of resistin are independence factors in the pathogenesis of NAFLD. Conclusion:WHR and resistin play an important role in the pathogenesis of NAFLD.
