    目的:观察电针(ea)对不同发育阶段正常大鼠血清睾酮(t)和精子发生的效应-方法:将109只sd雄大鼠按不同年龄段分为幼年段(jg)-青春发育早期段(epg)-青春发育后期段(lpg)-成年段(ag);每个年龄段随机分为穴位组(ewa)-非穴位组(ena)-非特异刺激组(ic)和自然对照组(nc)-ewa组选取“百会”-“太溪”-“命门”-“肾俞”穴-3hz 的ea分别刺激ewa组与ena组大鼠10天,每天20 min-10天后,测定所有大鼠血清t值和精子计数-结果:持续电针后,epg-lpg与ag中的大鼠血清t值均显著下降(p < 0.05),lpg与ag中的大鼠精子数量也明显减少(p < 0.05)-结论:持续ea刺激可减少性发育后雄性大鼠血清t的含量和精子数量-

    Abstract:

    objective:to observe the effect of electro-acupuncture(ea) on serum testosterone(t) and spermatogenesis in normal rests at different developmental stages. methods:sprague-dawley rats were assigned into four groups:juvenile group (jg),early-puberty group (epg),later-puberty group (lpg)and adult group(ag). each group was subdivided into four teams:ea at acupoints(ewa),ea at non-acupoints(ena),immobilization control(ic),normal control(nc). ea(3 hz)at ewa or ena was performed for 20 min per day in different developmental group of rats for 10 days. sperm number was counted and serum level of t was measured after ea treatment. results:the results showed that the serum level of t in the epg,lpg and ag rats were significantly depressed(p < 0.05). sperm counts in the epg,lpg and ag groups were also significantly reduced. conclusion:the results suggested that repeated stimulation with ea is a good option to reduce the serum t and sperm quantity of male rats after the puberty period.
