      目的:利用3130遗传基因测序仪的电泳图谱分析江苏人群D11S4463?D2S1776?D14S1434?D4S2408?D10S1043?D20S482? D12SATA63?D19S433等12个非CODIS STR基因座多态性分布,计算该12个基因座的基因频率(P)?个体鉴别能力(DP)?无偏倚期望杂合度(H)?多态性信息总量(PIC)?二联体非父排除率(PEduo)和三联体非父排除率(PEtrio),并评估其法医学应用价值?方法:利用 PCR扩增,产物通过3130测序仪毛细管电泳?读出数据后用分析软件进行分析?结果:12个非CODIS STR 基因座的频率分布在本组人群中均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡?杂合度分布为 0.707 6~0.804 6,个体鉴别能力为0.846 8~0.948 6,二联体非父排除率为0.278 6~0.482 6,三联体非父排除率为0.446 7~0.663 2,多态性信息总量为0.643 8~0.807 4?结论:通过大量的样本实验和等位基因频率的统计,得出等位基因多态性数据,用于比对验证,具有很好的辅助作用,在一些CPI值不足10 000及突变案例中具有重要的补充作用?

      Objective:To analyze polymorphism distribution of 12 non-CODIS STR(including D11S4463,D2S1776,D14S1434,D4S2408,D10S1043,D20S482,D12SATA63,D19S433,etc.)of Jiangsu population by 3130 genetic gene sequencing electrophoretograms,and to calculate the gene frequency(P),discrimination power(DP),heterozygosity(H),polymorphic information content(PIC),probability of exclusion of due-testing(PEduo)and probability of exclusion of trios-testing (PEtrio). And then,to evaluate its forensic application value. Methods:The products of PCR amplification mere detected by capillary electrophoresis usiny 3130 sequenator. Data were analyzed by analysis software. Results:The frequency distributions of the 12 non-STR CODIS loci were consistent with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. H ranged from 0.707 6 to 0.804 6,DP was 0.846 8 to 0.948 6,PEduo was 0.278 6 to 0.482 6,PEtrio was 0.446 7 to 0.663 2,and PIC was 0.643 8 to 0.807 4. Conclusion:Through the statistics of a large amount of experimental samples and allele frequencies,the allelic polymorphism data were obtained for comparison and verification. It has a good auxiliary function and play an important complementary role in cases of CPI less than 10 000 and mutation.
