      目的:探究牛磺酸对血管紧张素Ⅱ诱导的高血压是否有保护作用。方法:给小鼠皮下埋入血管紧张素Ⅱ微量泵诱导小鼠高血压模型,通过小鼠血压测定、主动脉HE染色、Masson染色等方法检测牛磺酸对高血压及其导致的血管重构作用;PCR探究牛磺酸对血管纤维化的作用;Western blot研究牛磺酸对血管紧张素Ⅱ诱导的高血压性血管重构的分子机制的影响。结果:牛磺酸抑制血管紧张素Ⅱ诱导的高血压及由此产生的血管重构,抑制mRNA水平纤维化标志物的表达,抑制血管紧张素Ⅱ作用下MAPK通路的激活。结论:牛磺酸可能通过抑制MAPK通路的激活对血管紧张素Ⅱ引起的高血压及由此产生的血管重构发挥保护作用。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To investigate if taurine has the protective effect on angiotensinⅡ?induced hypertension. Methods:AngiotensinⅡosmotic mini?pumps were implanted to mice subcutaneously to induce hypertension. Caudal arterial pressure was tested,and Hematoxylin?eosin staining and Masson staining were performed to determine the effect of taurine on hypertension and hypertension induced vascular remodelling;the mRNA levels of fibrotic markers were determined by RT?PCR;Western blot was performed to investigate the effect of taurine on molecular mechanisms of angiotensinⅡ?induced hypertension and hypertension induced vascular remodelling. Results:Taurine inhibited angiotensinⅡ?induced hypertension and consequent vascular remodelling,reduced the mRNA levels of fibrotic markers,and inhibited the MAPK pathway during the process. Conclusion:Taurine cowd inhibit MAPK pathway to attenuate angiotensinⅡ?induced hypertension and consequent vascular remodelling.
