The turning point of Mao Zedong’s perspectives on national capitalism is the focus in academic domains. There had been some differences about it. The development of the turning point suffered a process from the JIUYUE－Meeting to the policy of utlizating and restricting. At last, Mao Zedong had changed his view on the national capitalism, and thought it being extinguished in the Three－Antis and Five－Antis movement.
