Abstract:
This study aimed to explore the clinical significance of the chronic disease management platform for oral potentially malignant disorders based on the“internet plus”model. According to different management models, patients were divided into two groups(observation group and control group),with 35 cases in each group. It was found that the improvement in REU scores in the observation group after one year was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Ongoing follow-up of 25 patients with a history of potential oral malignant diseases for more than five years found that the number of offline visits was significantly decreased(P< 0.001)after using the platform for two years. The survey results showed that 91.6% of patients believed the platform was practical for disease management. The practicality was mainly reflected in doctor - patient communication(66.4%),follow - up visits(39.3%),and cognitive diseases(32.7%). The construction of the “internet plus”chronic disease management platform in oral potentially malignant disorders has realized the refined and personalized management from patients’active health perspective, contributing to the sustainable prevention and control of oral potential malignant disorders.
