To understand the dialysis patient’s understanding of dialysis emergency and research progress of dialysis disaster emergency in US and China,we performed literature research to collect relevant literature. The studies of dialysis disaster emergency in US were around experience learning, emergency investigation of dialysis institutions and dialysis patients, and the achievements were benefit to the improvement of dialysis emergency plan. However, less research on dialysis disaster were found in China. The research achievements of dialysis emergency in US are worth studying, and we should pay attention to the study of dialysis disaster emergency.
