某医学院校本科生对临终关怀的认知、态度及其影响因素研究

    为了解某医学院校本科生对临终关怀的认知、态度现状,分析其影响因素,改进我国医学生临终关怀教育,本研究选取该医学院校520名医学本科生进行问卷调查。结果显示,该校医学本科生对临终关怀的认知和态度之间存在正相关关系(r=0.430,P<0.001);以往临终关怀教育情况、领悟社会支持、生命意义感是临终关怀态度的影响因素,领悟社会支持与生命意义感可能产生相互作用,影响临终关怀态度,进而影响临终关怀认知。建议将全面开展临终关怀教育,提高领悟社会支持和生命意义感作为医学本科生临终关怀教育工作重点,以改善医学本科生对临终关怀的认知和态度。

    Abstract:

    To understand the status of cognition,attitude and its influencing factorstoward hospice care of undergraduate students in a medical university, and provide reference for improving hospice careeducation of medical students in China. In this study, 520 undergraduate students from the medical university were selected for questionnaire survey. The results of the analysis indicated that cognition and attitude of the medical university were positively correlated(r=0.430,P<0.001). The past hospice care education situation,perceived social support,meaning in life were the influencing factors of hospice care attitude. The interaction between social support and meaning in life wasmay affected attitude towards hospice care attitude and indirectly affects hospice care cognition(all P<0.05). It is suggested that the comprehensive hospice education, comprehension of social support and sense of life will be taken as the focus of medical undergraduate hospice education to improve the cognition and attitude of medical undergraduates on hospice care.
