Abstract:To explore the development status and practical needs of prescription outflow under the
background of“Internet +”,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey on 89 physicians,64 pharmacists and
136 residents in 7 community health service centers and two hospitals in Pukou District,Nanjing to understand
the views on pharmacy services, and the understanding and acceptance of prescription outflow of physicians,
pharmacists and residents. The results showed that at present, there were problems in Pukou District such as
the shortage of pharmacists, the lack of guarantee of the quantity and quality of drugs, the difference in the
concept of prescription outflow of pharmacists, and the difficulty of residents to change their traditional
concepts. Based on the survey results, this paper puts forward suggestions such as giving full play to policy
advantages to expand the supply of drugs, improve the construction of prescription outflow mechanism, enhance
the enthusiasm of hospitals and personnel from top to bottom, expand the positive publicity of prescription
outflow, and change traditional concepts from bottom to top,in order to improve the prescription outflow services.
