                 Radiotherapy plan and follow⁃up images of a patient with nasopharyngeal carcinoma staged as T4N1M0(stage IVA). The dose⁃volume histogram of
              the left temporal lobe shows D 1 cm 3 =7 358.9 cGy and V70Gy=2.85%. Follow⁃up MRI performed 18 months after radiotherapy revealed radiationinduced injury
              in the left temporal lobe.

              相似辐射剂量的鼻咽癌患者而言,放射性 TLI 可能                         TLI比判断该患者是否会发生TLI更具实际意义,有
              仅发生在一侧,而非双侧,造成上述现象的原因尚                            助于更精确地制定治疗方案。先进的放射治疗技
              不清楚,值得进一步研究。本研究选取一侧颞叶的                            术,如IMRT已经改善了剂量分布,但由于其靠近鼻
              剂量参数进行研究分析,预测哪一侧颞叶会出现                             咽,仍然对颞叶构成风险。对于接受不同放射治疗
