统计学意义(图 2)。进一步利用小鼠血浆外泌体 3′UTR 的结合位点位于 Snail1 3′UTR 区 596~603 位
行 RT⁃qPCR 验证,发现 db/db 组小鼠血浆外泌体中 置(图4)。双荧光素酶报告基因检测实验结果显示:
