development in China based on the ROCCIPI technology

Abstract：Promoting the development of mobile medicine is a key measure to meet people’s growing
demand for medical services. At present，the development of mobile medicine is still in the exploratory stage，
and there are still some bottlenecks in the aspects of policies and regulations，interest mechanism，as well as
human，financial and information resources. With the help of ROCCIPI technology，this paper explored the key
problems in the development of mobile medicine in China and analyzed in seven dimensions，including rule，
opportunity，capability，communication，interest，process and ideology. Development strategies were put forward，
including continuously optimizing the policy and institutional environment of the mobile medical service，
accelerating the advancement of mobile medical talents and hardware and software equipment，improving the
interest mechanism of mobile medical service participants，and improving the cognitive evaluation level of social
groups on mobile medicine. These strategies would provide reference for the development and reform of mobile
medical in China.
