Critical thinking of narrative medicine from the perspective of

hermeneutics

Abstract：The combination of hermeneutics and medicine provides the theoretical basis for narrative
medicine. Narrative medicine presents hermeneutic characteristics including reflection on medical practice，

doctor ⁃ patient narrative language，medical text information，disease impacts and implications，and doctor ⁃
patient communication barriers. However，there are still some hermeneutic doubts about the authenticity and
credibility of the doctor⁃patient narrative and the objective difficulties of narrative medicine practice. Properly
understanding the original intention of narrative medicine and critically thinking about the challenges in its
theory and practice will guarantee a rational attitude towards the current research hotspot of narrative medicine.

究院等机构联合研制，主要对中文学术期刊进行动态认定及收录，对中文

学术期刊的综合学术影响力进行评价。本次共认定及收录中文学术期刊
6 622种，其中391种为A +等级（0～5%），1 942种为A等级(5%～20%)和

A-等级（20%～30%）。
