Scientific connotation，theoretical characteristics，and contemporary
value of a community of common health for mankind

Abstract：The concept of building a community of common health for mankind，put forward by President
Xi Jinping，represents a major theoretical innovation in adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs
of the times. It provides a profound explication of the paradigm transformation and the practical path of global
health governance. In terms of the subject dimension，it builds a cooperative pattern of joint contribution and
shared benefits. In the health dimension，it establishes a coordinated mechanism for joint prevention and control.
In the governance dimension，it establishes a practical consensus on mutualistic symbiosis. These dimensions
demonstrate the theoretical characteristics，including scientific，people ⁃ centered，practical，innovative and
systematic. A systematic analysis of a community of common health for mankind across the three dimensions of
scientific connotation，theoretical characteristics，and contemporary value holds great theoretical value and
practical significance for improving the global governance system and advancing the development of a new form
of human civilization.
