膜板形成缺陷。组织学和细胞特异性标志物免疫 胚胎心脏发育 [15] 。但本研究发现Coq4 小鼠胚胎于

荧光染色结果进一步表明细胞增殖能力下降,滋养 E7.5 原肠胚形成阶段就开始出现发育异常。基于
层细胞浅层侵袭,胚胎早期生长迟缓和原肠胚形成 Perez⁃Garcia 等 [16] 对数据库中胚胎致死的基因进
期胚胎致死。 行大规模胎盘表型筛查分析的结果,猜测 Coq4 敲
笔者课题组早期研究发现 Coq4 受到 SRCAP 除后胎盘缺陷是导致小鼠胚胎发育性死亡的关键
重构复合物的直接调控,猜测 Coq4 可能影响早期 因素。
