1.00%浓度的 CPO⁃PCL 微粒对 ADMSC 成骨诱导明 促进细胞成骨分化,ALP相对含量增多,而常氧正常
显,ALP 相对含量增多(P < 0.05),缺氧正常培养 培养14 d,未见ALP相对含量增多(图4)。
14 d,1.00% CPO⁃PCL微粒显著促进ADMSC向成骨 综上所述,缺氧成骨分化培养条件下,0.10%~
方向分化,ALP相对含量增多(P < 0.001);常氧成骨 1.00% CPO⁃PCL微粒均可促进ADMSC成骨分化;缺
