Abstract:Health campaign without interpersonal network cannot really achieve health promotion.
Interpersonal communication behavior has a significant positive impact on the realization of the goal of health
campaign. Based on international studies on the relationship between interpersonal health communication and
health campaign, this paper adopted the method of Mapping Knowledge to outline the current research status
from three aspects:timescales, nation distribution and the topic of health campaign. The paper further
established a research framework from four aspects using content analysis: the theory of interpersonal
communication, types of communication behavior, interpersonal health communication triggers and follow⁃up
impact on health campaigns. This paper attempted to construct the mechanism framework of interpersonal
communication in promoting health campaign. Although the research results of interpersonal health
communication in the context of health campaign abroad are rich,it deserves further research on the systematic
influence of interpersonal communication in the context of health campaign and applying it on health campaign
             practices in China.
