                2008—2017年中国CHINET肠球菌属细菌耐药性监测

               [摘   要] 目的:总结2008—2017年中国细菌耐药监测网CHINET中肠球菌属的检出情况和对不同抗菌药物的耐药性变迁。
                方法:各医院按统一方案,采用统一的材料、方法和判断标准进行肠球菌属的耐药性监测,通过CHINET细菌耐药性监测网对
                2008—2017年监测数据进行汇总分析。结果:2008—2017年共分离到71 743株非重复肠球菌属细菌,包括屎肠球菌(48.0%)、
                粪肠球菌(44.8%)、其他肠球菌(7.2%)。10年间,肠球菌属细菌的检出率在7.0%~8.9%波动,万古霉素耐药粪肠球菌和屎肠球
                菌检出率分别为0.1%、1.2%。粪肠球菌对红霉素和利福平的耐药率在50%以上,对其他药物耐药率均在50%以下,屎肠球菌
                对氨苄西林、红霉素、环丙沙星的耐药率高达87%以上,10年来粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌对不同抗菌药物的耐药率在各年份间的
                差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:10年间肠球菌和耐万古霉素肠球菌的检出情况稳定,对各种抗菌药物的耐药率总体有下
                降趋势,但耐利奈唑胺肠球菌的检出率逐渐升高,应引起重视。

                Surveillance of resistance of CHINET Enterococcus bacteria in China from 2008 to 2017

               [Abstract] Objective:To summarize the detection of Enterococcus in China’s bacterial resistance surveillance network CHINET
                from 2008 to 2017 and the changes of resistance to different antimicrobial agents. Methods:CHlNET bacterial resistance monitoring
                network each hospital carried out the surveillance of Enterococcus drug resistance according to the unified program,uniform materials,
                methods(K⁃B method)and judgment criteria. Results:From 2008 to 2017,a total of 71 743 bacteria of the genus Enterococcus were
                isolated,including E. faecium(48.0%),E. faecalis(44.8%)and others(7.2%). Within 10 years,the detection rate of Enterococcus
                fluctuated between 7.0% and 8.9%,the detection rates of vancomycin⁃resistant E. faecalis was 0.1% and E. faecium was 1.2%. The
                resistance rates of E. faecium to erythromycin and rifampicin were more than 50%,and those to other drugs were less than 50%,The
                resistance rates of E.faecalis to ampicillin,erythromycin and ciprofloxacin were more than 87%,There was no difference in the drug
                resistance rates between the two drugs in the past 10 years(P < 0.05). Conclusion:In the past ten years,the detection of Enterococcus
                and vancomycin⁃resistant Enterococcu was stable,and the resistance rate to all kinds of antibacterial drugs has a downward trend,but
                the detection rate of linezolid⁃resistant Enterococcus has gradually increased,which should be paid attention to.
