Analysis of influencing factors of public health management behavior
in public health events

Abstract:When major public health events occur,health information dissemination is of great value to the
public. New media based on digital Internet technology can realize users’synchronous or asynchronous
interaction,which lays a foundation for China’s medical and health field to gradually enter the field of new
media for health information dissemination. Therefore,this paper took users of health science APP as the
research object,analyzed their basic characteristics,perceived value,cognitive experience and whether these
factors had positive impacts on their health behavior. It was found that users’individual health management was
positively affected by platform involvement,perceived risk of individual health,health information literacy,self⁃
efficacy and group norms. Users’access to health information provided by health science APP could directly
affect their health behavior.
