Abstract:This paper studied the application of“Internet + Nursing Service”platform in a certain area. By
means of statistical analyses, semi ⁃ structured interview, secondary data and literature review, the basic
operation, user selection preference and satisfaction of the network ⁃ based nursing service platform in the
sampled area were analyzed. The results showed that the users of“Internet + Nursing Service”in the sampled
area were highly satisfied with the service. The service items mostly used were those easy to be operated with
little risk, i.e. rehabilitation care, maternal and infant care and home care. Users preferred to choose
community health centers for simple service items, and choose second⁃level and tertiary hospitals for complex
items. In order to effectively promote the healthy and sustainable development of“Internet + Nursing Service”,
it is necessary for the government, medical institutions and other relevant departments to further improve the
payment system of service items and optimize service procedures.
