令。家族史：患儿父母及两个妹妹身体健康（图 A
1A）。入院体格检查：一般情况差，神志不清，双侧
瞳孔大小相等，对光反射较弱，颈项强直，肌张力Ⅲ

和心损4项均显示肌酶增加，脑脊液检查结果正常；
