              要不良结局之一。研究表明,GDM可通过影响子宫                           析显示产前 D⁃二聚体及 PLT 水平是影响 GDM 合并
              收缩、产程、胎儿体重、胎盘功能等途径,从而增加                           TCP产妇产后出血风险的独立因素。这一结果与既
              产妇产后出血的风险          [11] 。与未发生产后出血的产               往研究报道相一致。如张颖等               [12] 研究发现,产后出
              妇相比,发生产后出血产妇产前PT、PT⁃INR、D⁃二聚                      血组产妇产前D⁃二聚体显著高于健康产妇,并且产
