Abstract:Advancing the healthcare service in the new era holds significant contemporary value for
addressing the complex challenges constraining public health levels, responding to the contemporary demands
of global cooperation in health governance, and laying a solid foundation of health for the construction of
modernization with Chinese characteristics. From the perspective of logical implications, the healthcare service
in the new era embodies a dialectical understanding of the relationship between health and comprehensive
human development, following the laws of development in the field of health and adhering to progressive and
comprehensive practical rationality, highlighting the fundamental role and supportive function of healthcare
service in the overall development strategy of the nation. On the new historical journey,it is necessary to
promote the systematic construction of“health into all policies”,optimize the organizational guarantees that
protect the health interests of the public, and enhance the responsibility shared by multiple stakeholders in
building and sharing health, thereby establishing a solid health foundation for the realization of modernization
               with Chinese characteristics.
